This Month we focus on Swine flu
There is a lot has been said about swine flu, the symptoms suffered vary from one person to another. One thing that we can be sure of though, is we could reinforce our bodies against swine flu using natural remedies.
We can definitely weather the symptoms using some old and new favourites.
Some simple remedies include: To ease the symptoms suffered in the throat and chest, mix two spoonful of Manuka honey with a spoonful of Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa), and take thoughout the day.
A good herb to take before and during is Black Elderberry, which impedes the virus from spreading in the body.
